Risk Management

Through increased efficiency and implementation of best practice risk management processes and procedures Global Reporting Solutions can deliver:

• Reduced duplication of data entry leading to reduction in human errors
• Electronic reminders
• Improved compliance

Administrative Risk covers disaster recovery and business continuity and organisational risk. For example if administration is inadequate in performing its regular maintenance planning tasks then its clients/employees might suffer.

• Reduced personal and corporate risk
• Increased control of contractors
• Reduction of time for reporting activities
• Increased capacity to record and track assets
• Increased capacity to record and track events and occurences
• Ability to reduce fraudulent activity significantly

OS&H Risk addresses internal and external positional and roles definition against minimum skills requirements and training requirements to meet compliance and avert risk of injury. For example, unless roles are clearly defined, with appropriate skills training, it is not possible to manage the risks when personnel are doing maintenance work. If OS&H does not identify WorkSafe methods for particular tasks, then personnel are at risk and managers are liable when accidents occur.

With increased control of risks and business activites management can substantial mitigate risks.
